For more than 20 years, I've led UX research, experience strategy, and design for enterprise-level clients through my consultancy, Experience Personified. My work across healthcare, financial services, and education has given me a deep appreciation for what it takes to align human needs with business goals and create products and experiences that are intuitive, useful, and responsive to people's real-world needs.
Through independent research and nonprofit work, I've developed a growing focus on patient experience and healthcare service design. These are areas where human-centered design thinking has a direct impact on people's well-being and the organizations that serve them.
